Dental Services: Routine dental care Emergency dental care School-based preventative dental care Services include: cleanings, extractions fillings Falls Community Health accepts all patients regardless of their insurance or financial status. Federally funded health care program allows to offer a wide range of services to patients through a sliding fee scale; also take most insurance, Medicare and Medicaid. Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Fridays 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.
